The construction of digital bases is becoming increasingly perfect. The scale of online operating servers is 3.22 million, ranking 4th in terms of computing power in China. The number of 5G base stations has jumped from 12th at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan Period to 7th in China. The Xiong'an International Internet Data Dedicated Channel has been built, and the construction of the national computing power hub node for the project of channeling more computing resources from the eastern areas to the less developed western regions in Zhangjiakou has accelerated, laying a solid foundation for the development of digital economy.

The role of digital support continues to strengthen. The cloud coverage rate of industrial equipment is 20.6%, continuing to maintain the first place in China, the CNC rate of key processes is 61.6%, ranking fourth in China, and the industrial internet platform application index is sixth in China. Great Wall Precision has successfully built the first 5.5G flexible factory pilot in China and Xiong’an Unicom and HBIS Digits have been selected for the national cross industry and cross domain industrial internet platform list, achieving a breakthrough of zero.
